If you ordered your ring in the incorrect size- that’s no problem! You have 7 days (from the date the delivery) to utilize your 1 time only complimentary resizing.

To resize a ring that currently is engraved, there will be a $35 charge to re-engrave after the resize process has been completed.
Should you be outside of your 7-day window, or have already utilized your complimentary ring-resize and need another for the perfect fit, please reach out to us

Please note – once rings have been resized within the 7-day return/exchange period, they are final sale.
Some styles of rings are not possible to be resized due to their design, like eternity rings. Any styles that are not able to be resized will have this noted on their listing, and your confirmation will be required prior to purchase.
